These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.ringcitytrading.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of trading cards, collectibles, and related products offered by us (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site or purchase Products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Products and Availability

All Products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any Product at any time. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, but do not guarantee that all details are error-free or current.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States currency and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal).
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
After receipt of payment, Ring City Trading will ship processed orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that after the product has been shipped, Ring City Trading is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. Additionally, Ring City Trading cannot be held liable for any potential service interruptions during transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted.
All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase. Thank you for shopping with us!

7. Grading and Condition of Cards

Products may be sold as sealed packs, individual cards, or graded collectibles.
Unless otherwise stated, card conditions follow a standard industry scale (e.g., NM/Mint, EX, etc.), and grading is subjective.
We do not guarantee specific card pulls or chase cards from sealed packs.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from using the site, its content, or any of our products or services for any of the following activities:

Unlawful Activity – Engaging in any conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to U.S. trade restrictions and export laws.
Fraudulent or Deceptive Behavior – Attempting to defraud Ring City Trading or other users, including through false claims, misrepresentation, chargebacks, or phishing.
Unauthorized Reselling – Purchasing products with the intent to resell in a manner that misrepresents affiliation with our business or violates our distribution policies.
Tampering with Product Listings – Interfering with or manipulating product listings, images, descriptions, or pricing in any way.
Interference or Disruption – Introducing viruses, malware, bots, or any other code that could disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality or security of the website or related systems.

Ring City Trading does not warrant that trading cards, collectibles, or sports cards sold will increase in value, retain their condition, or meet the expectations of grading or quality unless specifically stated in a product description. The content and images of products, including condition assessments, are presented as accurately as possible, but no guarantee is made regarding completeness or error-free descriptions.

12. Limitation of Liability
